Domestic orders over $75 after discounts are shipped for FREE.

We ship from Lexington, Kentucky 40502. UPS Ground shipping is between 1 and 6 day(s) delivery. You can check UPS delivery schedules for your location from 40502 here. Priority Mail is not guaranteed but should take 1 - 3 business day(s). Parcel Post is estimated at 5 - 14 days but can take up to 21 days.

Shipping prices are based on the weight of the products.

We currently only ship within the USA.

Returns

We ask that all returns be made within 30 days. During this time you may return your goods for refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds will be made for the cost of the product only and will not include any shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers that wish to make a return are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to Lucia's.  All non-damage related returns are for account credit only.  If it is beyond 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit, or exchange. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of fair trade items, slight variations are to be expected and add to the beauty and the authenticity of our items. Please contact us in advance of shipping the item if you have a preference about the color or design.  

Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Lucia's will always replace, refund, or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must photograph damaged items and keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.

If you purchased an item from the Global Crafts showcase, please return your item to: Global Crafts Returns (FTR), 2808 Hibiscus Drive, Edgewater, Florida, US 32141.

*Please include the paperwork you received with your order or a print out of your email confirmation to enable us to process your return. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

PLEASE NOTE ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE HANDMADE. Our artisans produce many pieces and like to be creative; therefore, they may change paint colors and patterns. Many items are from vintage patterns and will vary from the pictures on the website. If you prefer a certain color or pattern whether in the pottery or purses and textiles please call, email (customerservice@luciasimports.com) or leave a comment in the "comment box." The colors listed on pottery item drop down menus are for the background colors only.
