Hi Catherine,

I am sorry that the water bottle carrier did not make it to you in time. Upon looking at your order, it appears it was placed on a Saturday evening and went out in the mail that Tuesday. Expedited shipping was not chosen. We generally get all orders out within 48 hours, however sometimes if we have a lot of orders over a weekend Saturday and Sunday orders might not go out until Tuesday. Orders are packaged in the order that they are recieved (with the exception of expedited orders).

We will happily refund your account once we recieve the returned item. Thank you for choosing Fair Trade and supporting global artisans!
